The “FEBX-101S3” receiver is designed for advanced wide band digital satellite broadcasting (ISDB-S3*1). It is capable of receiving and demodulating 4K/8K broadcast signals in ISDB-S3 systems, and outputs MMT (MPEG Media Transport)/ TLV (Type Length Value) streams. Socionext has also developed the industry’s first*2 demodulator LSI “SC1501A” compatible with ISDB-S3 and ITU-T J.183*3. By using this LSI, it has greatly reduced the size of the equipment.
